The surf centre in Kouremenos - Palekastro has a unique cosy atmosphere and is run efficiently, with the best JP and NP equipment from 2012. Along with the outstanding wind statistics, it is one of the best centre’s in southern Europe. It lies in the middle of a beautiful sandy bay, lined with trees.Even in the high season the waters are un-crowded, as it is set away from mass tourism. Non-surfers equally enjoy the friendly atmosphere and the wind-protected and tree shaded area around the station. Naturally we are also offering; electricity, water supply, beach shower, sun beds, volleyball, drinks, evening entertainment.
Safety on the water
The bay is enclosed; therefore there is no chance of you drifting off shore. However guests are still advised not to surf out further than 1.0 km. We pride ourselves on our safety system and there is always a member of the crew on Baywatch duty. A powerful motorboat and Jet Ski are available, in the case of an emergency.
The people at the serf station can communicate in English, French, Italian, Spanish and German.
